My artwork is the product of contrasting methods. Raising requires focus on fully controlling the movement of the metal, while enamel has a different pace and a pattern of observation and response. I watch the interplay between the copper oxides and the glass and choose how much to affect that process. The results may be harder to predict, but the reward is a dynamic means for expressing ideas.
